Total Commander user
The best dual-pane file manager I’ve tried on Mac. Still missing a few things that makes it not as good as Total Commander.
Could be improved with:
1. Rick click to select and right-hold for popup menu (like Total Commander). Its a good way to allow mouse only operation (rather than shift clicking everything).
2. Command buttons at the bottom of the window to help mouse only operation.
3. Dedicated uncompress function to expand files into the other pane.
4. All around better integration with compressed archive files. E.g. browsing archives as a folder and adding/deleting/modifying files on the fly with the usual move or copy commands.
5. Ability to create your own toolbar buttons with scripts or Forklift actions.
